DBusiness magazine hosted its inaugural Detroit 500 Soiree at The War Memorial in Grosse Pointe Farms on Aug. 10. The event celebrated those listed in the magazine’s annual list of the 500 most powerful business leaders in more than 30 industries across metro Detroit and Michigan. The honorees were selected based on several factors including the size of a given company or an organization, growth rate, geographical reach, and extensive personal contacts.
